Terms

How this service actually behaves, written from the code rather than from a template. Short, because a document nobody reads protects nobody.

What this service is

You get a register hosted at a display.archi address: a page listing projects you have made, each with a permanent number and a condition. Three published entries and the address cost nothing. Beyond that, and for pointing your own domain at it, there is a single payment.

Your content stays yours

Everything you write and upload remains yours. Hosting it grants permission to store and serve it so the service can work, and nothing else. It is not used to train anything, not sold, and not shown anywhere you did not publish it. Delete your account and it goes with it.

What you are responsible for

That you have the right to publish what you publish. Do not upload other people's work as your own, anything illegal, or anything designed to deceive the people reading it. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.

What gets an account removed

Publishing illegal content, impersonating somebody, or using a register to defraud or harass. In clear cases the account goes immediately; in unclear ones you get told what the problem is and a chance to fix it. If a register is removed for one of these reasons the payment is not refunded.

What is actually promised

That the service works as described here, and that a reply to a support message arrives within the stated time. There is no uptime guarantee: this runs on shared infrastructure and outages happen. If it is down for more than a few days, ask for a refund and you will get one.

What is not promised

That anyone will read your register, that it will appear in search results, or that any particular feature will exist forever. Features may change. If a change removes something you paid for, that is grounds for a refund.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard, and the data goes with it — including from backups within thirty days. If this service shuts down you get at least sixty days' notice and a way to export everything in your register.

Payment

One payment, not a subscription. Nothing recurs and no card is stored here — checkout happens on Stripe's own pages, so card details never reach this site or its database. The refund policy is a separate page and forms part of these terms.

Content you publish, and who answers for it

You are the publisher of your register. What appears there is your work and your responsibility — it is not reviewed before it goes up, and hosting it is not an endorsement of it. If you believe a register infringes your rights or breaks the law, email hello@display.archi with the address and what is wrong. Reports are looked at within the stated reply time; clear cases are taken down, and the owner is told why and given the chance to respond.

How AI is and is not used here

No AI decides anything about you or your register. Prices are arithmetic, worked out from what you actually publish — never estimated by a model — and nothing you publish is used to train one. Two honest disclosures: this site was built with the help of an AI coding assistant, and the descriptions on Chigo's own register were drafted with one and checked against each project before publishing. If you connect your own AI assistant with an API key, whatever it adds is published under your account, exactly as if you had written it yourself.

Limits on liability

The most this service can owe you, for anything, is what you paid it in the twelve months before the problem arose. For a free register that means putting things right and giving you your data, not money. It is not liable for lost business, lost profit or other indirect loss. Some countries do not allow limits like these to apply to consumers — where yours does not, they do not apply to you.

Resolving a dispute

Email first: most problems end there. If one is not settled within thirty days, either side may take it to binding arbitration under the laws of Ghana, heard individually rather than as part of a group or class claim. Three exceptions. Either side may still use a small-claims court for a claim that qualifies. You can opt out of arbitration entirely by emailing within thirty days of creating your account. And nothing here removes a right your own country's consumer law gives you that cannot be signed away — if you live somewhere that forbids this clause for consumers, it simply does not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

If these change in a way that materially affects you, you are told by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance; if you would rather not, ask for a refund.

Questions about any of this go to hello@display.archi. Every message gets a reply within two working days.
